Is it possible to learn Spanish on your own?
Tammy asked:
I need to take an exam in basic Spanish in two months. I want to take lessons, but the schedules are in conflict with mine so I can’t. I have a textbook, how else can I learn the language on my own? I have a background in German but my own native language is a derivative of Spanish (somewhat).

How do I teach Spanish to my 5 year-old?
Quilt4Rose asked:
My daughter and I have been learning some basic Spanish together by listening to a CD with lessons and songs. She loves it, and has shown quite an aptitude for it. I’m looking for experiences with more advanced programs such as Muzzy or other ideas on how best to teach her Spanish. We’re learning it together, if that matters.

How can I develop a Spanish educational video for high school students?
Dingo asked:
As part of a graduation requirement at my high school I am required to complete a senior project. After talking to my Spanish teacher, I have decided to create a DVD that teaches basic Spanish concepts to a high school audience. Spanish teachers would hand out the created DVD to any student who missed an important lesson or who may be struggling with a fundamental Spanish concept. I am really excited about this project because I believe that it will help to prevent students from losing interest in Spanish and failing the class.

What should I make sure to include on the video? Any other suggestions?
